“Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.” - Luke 3:11
Pabama: (Rhymes with Alabama) Def: A feeling that there is more. A desire to make a difference, to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Not willing to accept the current state of the world, and not wishing to point any fingers. The burning desire to improve, to fall and fail, to be picked up and try again. To prepare ourselves for eternity. To stand triumphant one day, only through Jesus, and hear, "Well done, my good and faithful servant."

Not entitled to bad days . . .

If you are like me, you have 'bad' days. Reading an interview with Lopez Lomong's mom, I saw the following:

What’s the biggest lesson Lopez has taught you?
I don’t have any bad days, because I see what other people go through in their everyday lives in Africa and so many countries. If I have a flat tire, it’s just part of my adventure of the day. I am not entitled to a bad day. I have people who I know love me and surround me and are good influences on my life.

'I am not entitled to a bad day.' - I think this may have to find it's way into a Pabama creed.
