Mitchem, Oreos and 1,000 lbs of cinnamon

It has been a little dis-appointing.  When Mitchem took his new job we thought the job was re-grinding Oreos (defects etc.) to be used in making new Oreos.  It seemed like a match made in heaven!  And we all would get free ice cream topping!  Then we learned that he makes the machine that re-grinds the Oreo, and then he ships the machine out to Oreo . . . .

But it's still really cool, as this video with Mitchem (at the end with the mask) & 1,000 lbs of cinnamon, shows:
