Amen to that! Stay warm Don! And God, it's hard to understand some of these situations in life, but protect Don, and just let him feel how much you love him. Pabama!
Again, a great job Knights! It does seem to put mu new smart phone into perspective.
My WHOLE family is still talking about this (even the two boys who didn't go). We have prayed for Cookie, Don, and Popeye and the new men Gilbert (bluegill), Dennis & Steve that we met. We have also prayed for Pam and Gary - another couple we didn't meet)I am ready to take up donations (from even non-pabam'ers) to take out there. Dyk - do you know if another tent city drop off is scheduled? This was highly impactful & I don't even know how to process it all yet.......
Brandi: This is awesome to hear! Ellie has also prayed for the group at almost every prayer since then. There is nothing scheduled now, but:
- there are already rumblings about getting a bed to Don
- Brian Brummel has offered up courier services since he works very close to there.
I am going to try to email Brian Kamstra (the guy in charge Saturday), and run things through him. I think he is in contact with them on a regular basis, and he can prepare them, and direct us for anything we would like to do. I'll email him, you get your ideas together and let me know! And that is Pabama!!!
